At Dolphins, we believe that every stage of childhood is something to celebrate. From wobbly first steps to big school goodbyes, we provide nurturing care and early education across our locations in Dublin and Meath — tailored to suit every age and every child.
Each of our spaces has been thoughtfully designed with your child's stage of development in mind, supported by our warm and experienced team who get to know every child as an individual. When your little one joins us, we take all the time needed to help them settle in at their own pace — working closely with you every step of the way, because we know that choosing childcare is one of the biggest decisions a family makes.
Toddler Wobbler
12 MONTHS - 2 YEARS
Your little one's first steps into the wider world deserve the warmest welcome. Our Toddler Wobbler rooms are designed around the emerging interests of each child — nurturing their curiosity through messy play, sensory activities, music, movement and lots of love.
Daily hot lunches are provided by our in-house cook, and you can follow your child's day in real time through the Child Paths app.

Preschool
Preschool at Dolphins is where little minds truly come alive. Through play-based learning, children build confidence, independence and social skills that will stay with them for life — from pouring their own drinks to telling their own stories.
A typical day includes:

Breakfast Club
FROM 7:30AM
Available at our Laytown and Clare Village locations, children can arrive from 7:30am for a nutritious breakfast before being transported safely to school by our fully insured drivers or our experienced staff via a walking bus. It's a calm, happy start to the day for everyone.
After School
PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE UP TO 6TH CLASS
Available at our Laytown and Clare Village locations.
After a long day at school, children need to unwind — not sit at another desk. We collect from local schools, supervise homework over a hot meal, and then let the kids be kids — with free play in our secure outdoor garden or inside with age-appropriate activities.
Full Daycare
7:30AM – 6PM
Our full day care is designed to feel like a home from home. Children have access to sleep facilities when needed, nutritious meals prepared fresh daily by our in-house cook, and the consistent care of their own dedicated key worker who keeps you updated every step of the way.
